Annual Open Enrollment Period (AEP)

    •    Time frame: October 15 through December 7 each year.

General Enrollment Period (GEP)

    •    What you can do: Sign up for Parts A and B if you missed your initial window and do not qualify for a special sign-up time. Late penalties may apply.

Special Enrollment Period (SEP)

    •    Time frame: Varies based on life events.

    •    What you can do: Change or sign up for plans outside standard dates if you move, lose job-based health coverage, or experience other major life changes.

We offer Medicare Health Plans, Life Insurance, Long-Term Care, and Annuities.

A few differences between Medicare Advantage plans and Medigap plans are that Medigap works alongside original Medicare, covers the "gaps" in copays and coinsurance, and has no network; you can use any doctor who accepts Medicare. And Medicare Advantage is a private insurance company (replaces original Medicare); it has lower premiums but is limited to a network (HMO/PPO), usually bundles in drug coverage, often dental, vision, and hearing. You can't have both plans at the same time.
